# Continuous Unlock & Burn

HTC places a strong emphasis on the Continuous Burning Mechanism.

We are committed to consistently generating a stable source of demand and evolving in collaboration with our users.

&#x20;

The burning ratio when swapping Game Credits for HTC is determined based on the NFT Level, as shown below:

&#x20;\- NFT LEVEL 1 :   10% of the swapped $HTC is burned.\
&#x20;\- NFT LEVEL 2 :   5% of the swapped $HTC is burned.\
&#x20;\- NFT LEVEL 3 :   4% of the swapped $HTC is burned.\
&#x20;\- NFT LEVEL 4 :   3% of the swapped $HTC is burned.\
&#x20;\- NFT LEVEL 5 :   2% of the swapped $HTC is burned.\
&#x20;\- NFT LEVEL 6 :   1% of the swapped $HTC is burned.<br>

HTC used through NFT Upgrade is continuously unlocked, and existing NFTs are burned as follows.

&#x20;HeartCoin Burn Address : 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD

&#x20;

&#x20;

NFTs used for upgrades will be burned, and new NFTs will be minted. In such cases, minting gas fees are also waived for users.

&#x20;The number of burned NFTs is added to the next NFT issuance volume, and Game Credits are distributed to NFT Staking users.

&#x20;HTC used for NFT upgrades is immediately locked. However, the used HTC is promptly unlocked by sending it to the P2E Package Address, and this amount is continuously accumulated.

&#x20;

These complementary mechanisms are designed to establish a balanced algorithm for stable supply and demand within HTC.
